Museum of the Printing Arts Leipzig
Nonnenstrasse 38, Leipzig, Leipzig, 04229, Germany
As an industrial cultural site, the museum shows around 100 functioning presses as well as historical casting, typesetting and printing techniques. The combination of a manufacturing workshop and a museum makes it possible to experience 500 years of printing history up close. Daily machine demonstrations, workshops and tours invite you to touch and participate! The Museum also preserves and mediates the intangible cultural heritages of printing techniques.
