The Printing Museum (New Zealand)
Dan Tait-Jamieson completed an MA (Hons) in Latin and English Literature at Victoria University, Wellington before changing tack to found a food manufacturing company. Subsequently, he has spent the last twenty years working and leading NPOs in sporting, language and cultural fields. A chance encounter led him into letterpress and the establishment of his Moana Road Press. The home town discovery of a Printing Museum and the only operating type foundry in the Southern Hemisphere has shaped his mission to establish a National Printing Museum in New Zealand. Founding the WCBA, the Wellington Centre for Book Arts, in 2019 was the most recent step in that direction.
